Supermarine Sheldrake

Supermarine's 1927 Sheldrake was an amphibian biplane flying boat operated by three crew with single engine and 14-metre wingspan. Measuring 11.4 metres in length, it achieved 165.8 km/h. The Sheldrake demonstrated the design philosophy of amphibious flying boats, offering flexibility to operate from water and land surfaces.
