The Saab Safari is a Swedish primary trainer that first flew in 1971 with two crew members. Spanning 8.8 meters and measuring 7 meters long, the single-engine Safari reaches 236 km/h maximum speed. The trainer accommodated primary flight instruction for Swedish aviation cadets.
