Kamov's Ka-137 extended the firm's unmanned systems portfolio into the late 1990s, entering service in 1998 as a single-engine UAV platform. With a 175 km/h cruise speed and 530-kilometer range, this remotely operated vehicle filled tactical reconnaissance roles requiring sustained endurance.
